Fosse Medical Centre is now proud to announce the introduction of Patient Triage – A quick and efficient way to contact the practice for non-urgent queries without waiting in our phone queues.
Patients are able to submit short and simple requests that will be efficiently triaged and reviewed. This can include fit (sick) notes, test results, repeat prescriptions or anything else admin related. It also allows for patients to receive online advice such as NHS advice and guidance on symptoms, conditions, and treatments.
