The NHS app allows you to:
- order repeat prescriptions and nominate a pharmacy where you would like to collect them
- book and manage appointments with your GP
- view and manage your hospital and other healthcare appointments
- message your GP surgery or a health professional online
- view your GP health record to see information like your allergies and medicines (if your GP has given you access to your detailed medical record, you can also see information like test results)
- access health services on behalf of someone you care for
- choose how the NHS uses your data
- register your organ donation decision
- view your NHS number (find out what your NHS number is)
- book and manage coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccinations
- get your NHS COVID Pass (there are also other ways to get your COVID Pass)

Then follow the simple setup process to login. You will need some form of photo ID to setup your account or you can come to the GP surgery with your ID to get your login details.
